At least he oiled the chain. Man, when I was a bike mechanic I was some crazy shit. Did you know they actually make a grease injector that screws into the back of the cassettes? If you fill then till grease starts pouring out the front the paws no longer catch! Spin it up with an air hose and it will fling enough grease out to make it work again.
